Your tickets will be delivered in time for the event. If the event is several months away, delivery may be delayed as we have to prioritise events that are closer in time. Sometimes the organiser doesn't release the physical or digital tickets until relatively close to the day of the event, in which case it can take longer if you've bought well in advance. Sometimes we want to make sure you get the best possible location based on your preferences. Please note that if you have chosen to pay by invoice, your tickets will normally be sent 7-10 days before the regular concert date.

We want to ensure that our customers can buy consecutive tickets regardless of when they choose to buy their tickets. That's why we optimise seat allocation at the time of delivery.

If you order more than one ticket in the same booking, you will be seated together. In rare cases, larger groups may be split into several smaller groups. We guarantee that no one in the party will sit alone. The exception is if the ticket category is marked "single seat". Single seats are not placed together, which is why the price is lower. No. We guarantee your tickets at the moment you make your purchase with us and therefore cannot offer a right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets for events. Unfortunately, we have to apply these rules strictly, otherwise there is a risk that the service will be misused for speculative purposes.

In the event of illness, you should contact your insurance company.

The statutory right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act does not apply to the purchase of event tickets.

Yes, we can pretty much deliver to customers all over the world. For most events we offer digital tickets and for other events we ship with PostNord or DHL Express.
