For events where Ticketmaster issues mobile tickets, you need to follow the instructions below to receive tickets. Do not hesitate to contact info@biljett24.se if you need support.
- You have received an email from Ticketmaster with a link to receive your tickets. Open the email and click the provided link button in order to receive your tickets and you will be linked to Ticketmaster.
- If you already have a Ticketmaster account, log in to your account. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account, you can easily create one in this step – make sure you enter the correct email address.
- Once you are logged in to Ticketmaster, you must accept the transfer for it to be finalised. The transferred tickets are then available in your Ticketmaster account under the ”My tickets / Upcoming events” tab.
- We strongly recommend that you download your tickets to your phone through the Ticketmaster app. The Ticketmaster app is available to download from the App Store (iPhone) or the Google Play Store (Android). You log into the app with your Ticketmaster account. If you open the tickets in the app before going to the stadium, the tickets will be stored in the app so that you are not dependent on an internet connection at the venue. If you cannot use the app, it is possible to use your mobile phone’s browser and log in via ticketmaster.se instead.
