Biljett24 AB (hereinafter referred “Biljett24” or “the company”) sell second hand tickets, hotel accommodation and other related services under these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply for all purchases on http://biljett24.se made by private individuals as well as for all purchases made by companies or corporations that do not resell tickets to third parties. For companies or corporations that resells tickets to third parties, Biljett24's conditions for "business to business" (http://biljett24.se/info/b2bconditions) will apply.

2.1 Customer Agreement
In order to contract with Biljett24 you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Upon payment or confirmation of a purchase from Biljett24 you enter a customer agreement with Biljett24 in which you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Contract parties are Biljett24 and the Customer. Swedish law apply on all purchases made on http://biljett24.se.
2.2 Technical disclaimer
Biljett24 is not responsible for and does not cover any losses caused by disruptions, delays, interruptions or other technical circumstances that prevents or complicate the client’s use of this website or Biljett24’s offered services.
2.3 Anti-Spam Policy
Biljett24 do not participate in sending so-called spam. As a customer you may receive emails regarding your order, payment or other communication you initiated. Have you signed up for our newsletter, you may also receive e-mails with general information and offers. E-mails sent by third parties relating to goods or services that are not directly related to our business do not occur. When receiving newsletters, you can easily unsubscribe from these, simply by clicking on a subscription link in the email.
2.4 Customer details
Biljett24 has the right to, without any further notice, cancel any orders made by customers who did not provide their complete and accurate personal details.
Biljett24 is an independent ticket broker and shall not be associated with any other ticket venue, box office, first hand ticket seller or organizer (“primary reseller(s)”). Biljett24 operates on the secondary ticket market and the price we offer on an event often reflects the current market price. This price may be higher or lower than the price printed on the ticket (“face value”). Our prices are largely composed of the costs for obtaining those "hard to get" tickets to the customer.
2.6 Binding Purchase
All sales are final. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges. For non-payments Biljett24 owns the right to charge client in full for ordered tickets.
2.7 The market's most generous warranty
Biljett24 has since 2006 delivered over 100,000 secondary tickets to different events and implement strict controls on all tickets the company provides to ensure the authenticity of each ticket. Not a single fake ticket has ever passed our rigorous controls.
We are so confident that we will deliver genuine tickets that we will offer 200% refund back if the customer against all odds do not get access at an event due to fake tickets. This guarantee applies provided the customer on the spot, contact Biljett24's customer service by phone 0770-772424 if problems arise. The customer must contact Biljett24 at latest the stated start time on the ticket, the customer is responsible to appear att the arena well in time before the show start. Biljett24 have staff on site and the company's customer service is always open around the clock.
3.1 Content of the event
Biljett24 acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, design or content of the event.If you have complaints regarding the quality of the event you are of course welcome to contact Biljett24, we will then forward your complaint to the relevant organizer or venue.Any claims must be directed to the current venue or organizer.
3.2 Ticket Categories and Seat Allocations
Biljett24's ticket categories is based on many years of experience in various events and venues, the allocation is general to meet most of Biljett24's customers' expectations. As a customer, you have the opportunity to submit specific requests for allocation in conjunction with your order, these requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Biljett24 guarantee that the customer will receive tickets within the selected category. In rare occasions Biljett24 reserves the right to upgrade the client to a higher category than ordered. In very rare occasions Biljett24 may be forced to offer customers a lower ticketing category than the ordered, in that case the customer is offered a refund of the price difference on Biljett24s available categories or the opportunity to cancel the purchase for a full refund.
3.2.1 Arena Charts
For most events Biljett24 publish illustrations of the arena or stadium, these illustrations we call “Arena charts”. An Arena chart is a tool to get an idea of where the tickets will be allocated at the arena within the choice of a specific category. Arena charts may not be drawn to scale and the final scene structure may be different from the Arena charts.
3.2.2 Limited / restricted view
Limited view means that a certain part of the field of vision may be limited, such as a speaker, pole or other equipment in the viewer's field of view means that not the entire show can be seen from the audience area. Places with Restricted view often means that the object obscures a substantial part of the show or sporting event. None of those names should be confused with Listening seats that have greatly restricted view or is completely without sight. In cases where seats are sold with limited or restricted view information about this will be notified to the customer in connection with the purchase where the category description is marked with "Limited view" or "Restricted view". For example, "Seating Limited view".
3.2.3 Listening Seats
Listening seats means that the seat is positioned in such way that no view of the actual show can be guaranteed. In case a ticket is sold with the listening position only the customer will be notified in connection with the purchase where the category is marked with the description "Listening seat". For example, "Seating Listening only."
3.2.4 Side View
Side view means that the seats are placed near the scene so that you see the show more from the side than from the front. This should not be confused with Vimited view or Restricted view since visibility is not restricted on Side views seats. For certain events, tickets are sold with Side view long before the stage construction is finally planned, it means it is common with tickets marked with "side view", but after the stage planning (for example, when the stage is moved further back in the arena) is no longer considered to be Side view seats. Biljett24 therefor make an individual assessment for each event.
3.3 Change of time or location
The customer is responsible for checking the time and date of the event. If there is a change of date or venue for an event there will be no refund, but the original ticket can be used as entry for the new date or venue.
3.4 Cancelled events
The customer is responsible for checking that the event is not cancelled. In the case an event is cancelled by any reason, the customer has the right to redeem purchased tickets at Biljett24 on receipt of a gift certificate equivalent to the entire amount the customer has paid to Biljett24 for each ticket. The gift card is valid for 18 months from issuance and can be used throughout Biljett24's range but cannot be exchanged for cash. For the issuance of gift cards, all tickets must be sent to Biljett24 by registered mail and be at Biljett24’s disposal within 14 days of the concert is announced as cancelled by the venue or organizer.
4. Processing of Personal Data
4.1 Data Controller
Biljett24 is a Data Controller and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection act (EU) 2016/679 (”GDPR”).
4.2 Approval of handling of Personal Data
By accepting these terms of purchase, the Customer agrees that Biljett2424 processes such personal data as is necessary to fulfill an agreement with the Customer, including; Name, Address, Social Security Number, Email Address, IP Address, Browser, Device Information, Phone Number, Customer Information, Transactions, and Card Details.
4.3 Purpose of handling Personal Data
Biljett24 only handles personal data for the purposes for which they have been collected and, if applicable, for other compatible purposes. Biljett24 handles personal data in order to fulfil purchases and agreements with the Customer, for identification of the Customer, development of Biljett24's services, to utilize the customer relationship, as well as for internal statistics and for analytical purposes. Where necessary, for example, to investigate fraud and abuse of Biljett24's services, Biljett24 may also use personal data internally for identification purposes. Biljett24 also manages personal data to comply with statutory obligations, including for accounting purposes. Information is also maintained to the extent necessary to fulfil other legal obligations or to determine, enforce or defend legal claims.
Personal data may also be used for marketing purposes if the Customer agrees to such treatment or based on a balance of interest.
5. Payment Terms:
5.1 Card Payment
Biljett24 accept payments from most common types of debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All sensitive information is encrypted with bank standards without Biljett24 taking part of this information.
5.2 Trustly Netbank Payment
We accept netbank payments via Trustly. All purchases are linked directly to each bank, through Trustlys secure server. All sensitive information is encrypted with bank standards without Biljett24 taking part of this information.
5.3 Invoice Payment - pay after the event (Only customers in Sweden)
For most events Biljett24 will offer the opportunity to buy tickets and pay after the event. When purchasing tickets and paying by invoice, tickets and invoice will be delivered the same week as the event. The invoice must be paid within 14 days after receipt (at least 7 days after the event) to avoid reminder fees.
If the event is postponed to a later date, or another venue, the purchase automatically applies to the new date (see paragraph 3.3 of these Terms). In the event of a relocated event, tickets and invoices are usually sent about one week before the original event date, payment time is 14 days after the tickets are sent from Biljett24.
Billmate will administer all invoices and to purchase tickets with this payment method a credit control in connection with the purchase is needed. The purchase is granted only when the customer complies to Billmate’s current credit requirements. If there is more than two months to the event a further credit check will be performed before the tickets are delivered. Biljett24 reserves the right to cancel an order where the customer no longer meets the requirements to receive credit from Billmate. None of these credit checks entail a burden of credit institutions or authorities.
5.4 Cash on Delivery (only orders within Sweden)
Payment via cash on delivery is only possible at certain events and if at the time of booking remains 15 working days or more to the day of the event. The cost of freight is SEK 149 per delivery and includes insured item of correspondence (REK). Sleeping time is shortened to five working days, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Biljett24 and the customer. All orders on delivery is binding purchase and Biljett24 undertake right to charge the customer the order's total amount of tickets that are not picked up.
5.5 Payment by bank transfer
To some events, and if sufficiently many days are left until the event is taking place, Biljett24 accepts payment trough a bank transfer. The client must enter the specific order number on the payment to the bank account of Biljett24. Delivery will be made after the payment is received, which normally takes 2-3 banking days for international payments. Please, pay attention to that the order made at Biljett24 is binding. Payment should be made immediately! If Biljett24 does not receive your payment within four banking days after purchase, Biljett24 reserves the right to cancel your order without further reasons. On Pre-Sale payment must be made at the same day as the purchase to be guaranteed allocation.
6.1 Swedish Postal Service (Registered mail)
Biljett24 sends tickets with insured traceable mail. The customer must to provide a valid identification document in order to collect tickets at the Postal office. Tickets are always sent well in time before the event. Normally, tickets will arrive within 1-2 weeks after the purchase date, but certainly no later than 48 hours before the event takes place, however if an order is made when it is less than 96 hours before the event Biljett24 reserves to perform deliveries in other ways to ensure that the customer receives their tickets safely and on time which may be the same day as the event.
6.2 Delivery by FedEx / EMS
For urgent orders where the customer is resident outside Sweden's borders, we are able to provide express delivery with FedEx 1-day Express or EMS International 2-day express. Price varies depending on the destination and specified in connection with the purchase.
6.3 Hotel Delivery
For our international customers that are staying at a local hotel (according to the venue) we may be able to deliver tickets directly to the hotel. Tickets will then be available for pickup at the hotel reception or concierge. This service is dependent on your hotel’s service level.
6.3 E-mail Delivery
For some events, Biljett24 offer to deliver tickets through e-mail delivery. When this delivery method is chosen, Biljett24 will email tickets in PDF-format in accordance with the terms given at purchase. Tickets may only be delivered to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
6.4 Delivery Premier League and Champions League
Since the organizers usually do not print tickets until a few weeks before the game all tickets to the Premier League and Champions League will be delivered straight to your hotel. Please enter your hotel details in the message box when ordering or email us your hotel details when you have booked your accommodation. Tickets will be delivered at before 19:00 the day before the match.
