We want to ensure that our customers can buy consecutive tickets regardless of when they choose to buy their tickets. That's why we optimise seat allocation at the time of delivery.

Single seat means that the sites within the category are dispersed sites. That is, if you buy several tickets marked "single" or "single seat", the seats are not next to each other. For this reason, single seats are often significantly cheaper than the regular category.

Your tickets will be delivered in time for the event. If the event is several months away, delivery may be delayed as we have to prioritise events that are closer in time. Sometimes the organiser doesn't release the physical tickets until relatively close to the day of the event, so it can take longer if you've bought well in advance. Sometimes we want to make sure you get the best possible tickets based on your preferences. Please note that if you have chosen to pay by invoice, your tickets will normally be sent 7-10 days before the regular concert date.

We get a lot of questions about which category to choose for a particular arena and event. Our staff has many years of experience and knowledge of the most important venues in Sweden and will be happy to help you choose tickets. For most events we sell tickets only, but increasingly we receive requests for events for companies or groups of individuals. In these cases, we arrange a full evening, which may include travel, restaurant visits and an after-party. Our friendly customer service team is happy to help with such arrangements.

Of course we only sell genuine tickets! We have a wealth of experience in secure ticketing, having sold tickets to more than 200,000 customers over 14 years. We carry out very strict checks and take every possible measure to ensure the authenticity of the tickets. In fact, there has never been a false ticket that has slipped through our checks.

We get tickets in many different ways. Often it's people or companies who can't or don't want to go to the event they have tickets for. We then buy tickets from them and sell them to those who want to go. To make sure we have tickets for attractive events, we sometimes queue ourselves so that those who are unable to queue can buy tickets from us safely.

Biljett24 is a ticket agency. Our staff buys, exchanges and sells tickets that are already on the market. We buy from individuals, companies and sponsors who for some reason are not going to the event in question. In addition, many people come to us to sell tickets, which is safe, fast and easy.

No. We guarantee your tickets at the moment you make your purchase with us and therefore cannot offer a right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets for events. Unfortunately, we have to apply these rules strictly, otherwise there is a risk that the service will be misused for speculative purposes. 

The statutory right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act does not apply to the purchase of event tickets.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive multiple tickets together if you make another booking without contacting us but you are of course welcome to contact us and we will do what we can to help you!

We offer customer service by e-mail info@biljett24.se and by telephone 0770-772424. During Covid-19 we have limited possibilities to answer the phone. We are always open during events.

As the tickets have already been sold once, the name of the person or company who bought from the organiser is written on the ticket. However, the tickets are not personal, so it has no bearing on your admission to the event.

Biljett24 generally deals with tickets that have already been released on the market, which means that the tickets have already been sold once. The price printed on the ticket is the price that was valid when the ticket was sold by the organiser. For sold-out and popular events where demand is greater than supply, the market price is often higher. The price you pay to Biljett24 depends on the purchase price and the work required to locate and purchase the desirable tickets. It is often because of the market-based pricing that you have an extra opportunity to buy tickets that would otherwise sell out quickly.

No, Biljett24 has no cooperation with ATG or the stadium ticket offices. However, at most events we have staff on site to hand over ordered tickets. If you choose this method of delivery, you will be informed in good time of a meeting point in the vicinity of the stadium.
